A maintenance window is scheduled for Saturday, August 15th, 2026, at 11:00 PM PDT (other time zones). The maintenance window is planned to take up to 2 hours.
The maintenance is planned for AU-1 Australia, Sydney and CA-2 Canada, Montreal DCs, where we will expand the Agile Data Warehouse (ADS) and perform basic maintenance. The platform will remain available for users during this time, ADS will stay available, but ETL schedulers will be disabled, and you may potentially encounter intermittent failures.
Other datacenters will operate without any impact or limitations.

How are you affected?
23:00 PM - 1:00 AM PDT: The GoodData Legacy will be available, but ETL schedulers will be disabled during the upgrade in the AU-1 Australia, Sydney and CA-2 Canada, Montreal datacenters.
No action is required!
There is no action required from you, but please restart your ETL process after the maintenance in case you notice a failure and your ETL does not have an automatic retry set or it is not scheduled frequently.
