Our engineers have identified the root cause and currently working on the fix. During this process, approximately 25% of workspaces in this data center will be unavailable, and report computation and data loads will not work for those workspaces. We currently expect this to be resolved within approximately 30 minutes. We apologise for the disruption and will share another update as soon as services are restored.

This issue was related to a hardware bug and it is possible it might occur during the weekend. We are monitoring the platform so it will not manifest again and will work on a mitigation plan. We will keep you updated with any emerging details.
