We have decided to conduct urgent maintenance in our US-1 - United States, Chicago, IL Datacenter today (May 3rd, 2026) at 9:30 PM PDT (other time zones), and it will take up to 2 hours.
The purpose is to prevent performance issues and a potential hardware failure of two data warehouses hosting a small portion of customer workspaces.
All other Datacenters will run without any impact or limitations.

- 09:30 PM - 11:30 PM PDT - A small number of workspaces will not be available in the US-1 - United States, Chicago, IL Datacenter.
- Scheduled data loads targeting these workspaces during the maintenance window may fail and will need to be re-run afterwards.
