We’re currently dealing with an unexpected hardware failure on one of our nodes in the US-2 region (Dallas, TX). We have already contacted our infrastructure vendor to secure a replacement and are working to get the node back online as quickly as possible.

Due to this issue dashboards will not load and all data requests will fail. However, it is still possible to log into platform.
Our infrastructure vendor, who is currently on-site, is performing the hardware replacement.
Unfortunately, there is no available workaround at this stage and we do not yet have a firm ETA for full restoration. We will provide further updates as the replacement progresses.
