A maintenance window is scheduled for Saturday, March 21st, 2026, at 01:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time (other time zones) and it will take up to 4 hours.
The maintenance is planned for the US-2 - United States, Dallas, TX, where we will perform an infrastructure upgrade of the Agile Data Warehousing Service (ADS) to new hardware.
The platform will remain available for users during this time, but ETL schedulers will be disabled, ADS will not be available, and you may potentially encounter intermittent failures.
Other datacenters will operate without any impact or limitations.

How will it affect you?
This maintenance affects customers using ETL schedulers and those directly using the Agile Data Warehousing Service (ADS) in the US-2 datacenter.
During the maintenance window:
- ADS services will be unavailable
- GoodData ETL schedulers will be disabled
- Tasks scheduled to run during this period will remain pending and will resume once the maintenance is complete, or they may require a manual rerun
- Analytics and dashboards will remain available
Customers who do not use ADS and run ETL through their own schedulers will not be affected.
Other datacenters will run without any impact or limitations.
No action required!
There is no action required from you, but please restart your ETL process after the maintenance in case you notice a failure and your ETL does not have an automatic retry set or it is not scheduled frequently.
