A maintenance window is scheduled for Saturday, December 13th, 2025, at 07:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (other time zones) and it will take up to 2 hours.
The maintenance is planned for the EU-1 - United Kingdom, London datacenter, where we will perform a hardware upgrade for the Agile Data Warehousing Service (ADS). The platform will remain available for users during this time, but ETL schedulers will be disabled, ADS will not be available, and you may potentially encounter intermittent failures. Other datacenters will operate without any impact or limitations.

How will it affect you?
During the maintenance window, ADS services will be unavailable. Tasks scheduled to run during this period will be pending and will resume once the maintenance is complete. There is a potential for intermittent failures if any issues arise during the no-downtime activity.
Other datacenters will run without any impact or limitations.
No action required!
There is no action required from you, but please restart your ETL process after the maintenance in case you notice a failure and your ETL does not have an automatic retry set or it is not scheduled frequently.
