A maintenance window is scheduled for Tuesday, December 9th, 2025, at 11:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (other time zones). The maintenance window is planned to take up to 2 hours.
This activity is planned for the US-1 United States, Chicago, where we will perform maintenance on the Agile Data Warehousing Service (ADS) infrastructure. The platform will remain available for users during this time, but ETL schedulers will be disabled, ADS will not be available, and you may potentially encounter intermittent failures. Other datacenters will run without any impact or limitation.

How are you affected?
ADS services will be unavailable during the maintenance. Tasks scheduled to run during this period will be pending and will resume once the maintenance is complete. There is a potential for intermittent failures.
No action is required!
Please restart your ETL process after the maintenance in case you notice a failure and your ETL does not have an automatic retry set, or it is not scheduled frequently. No other action is required from you.
