We are happy to report that the US-2 - United States (US), Dallas data center is now accessible, and the platform is now available. Our team is currently monitoring the situation, and we will provide more details on the root cause soon.

We are happy to report that the issue has been fully resolved. Our engineers were able to identify and fix the issue, which was related to a vendor error during a maintenance that caused an unintended reboot of a firewall node, resulting in a temporary service outage in the US-2 - United States (US), Dallas data center. Please rest assured, our team will liaise internally and attempt to mitigate any such issues like this moving forward.
