[Updated] Sat, Oct 18th, 2025: Scheduled Maintenance Announcement, US-1 DC only

A maintenance window is scheduled for Saturday, October 18th, 2025, at 01:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time (other time zones) and it will take up to 2 hours. 

The maintenance is planned for the US-1 - United States, Chicago, IL, where we will upgrade the Agile Data Warehousing Service (ADS) and perform basic core system maintenance. The platform will be unavailable for users during the first hour of the maintenance, ETL schedulers will be disabled, ADS will not be available, and you can still potentially encounter intermittent failures in the second hour of the maintenance window. Other datacenters will operate without any impact or limitations.

• Updated Vertica Agile Data Warehousing Service
   

How will it affect you?

1:00 AM - 2:00 AM PDT: The GoodData Platform will be unavailable in the US-1 United States, Chicago datacenter.

2:00 AM - 3:00 AM PDT: The GoodData Platform will be accessible but ADS services will be unavailable in the US-1 United States, Chicago datacenter. There is a potential for intermittent failures during this activity.

Tasks scheduled to run during this period will be pending and will resume once the maintenance is complete. 

Other datacenters will run without any impact or limitation.

No action required!

There is no action required from you, but please restart your ETL process after the maintenance in case you notice a failure and your ETL does not have an automatic retry set or it is not scheduled frequently.
