A maintenance window is scheduled for Saturday, September 27th, 2025, at 1:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time (other time zones), and it will take up to 2 hours.
The maintenance is planned for the AU-1 - Australia, Sydney and EU-2 - Frankfurt, Germany (European Union) datacenters, where we will upgrade the Agile Data Warehousing Service (ADS). The platform will remain available to users during this time. However, ETL schedulers will be disabled, all ADS instances in AU-1 will be unavailable, and a limited number of development instances in EU-2 will also be inaccessible, and you may encounter intermittent failures when accessing the ADS service.

How will it affect you?
1:00 AM – 3:00 AM (PDT): The GoodData Platform will remain available for users, however, ADS services will be unavailable in the AU-1 - Australia, Sydney, while only a limited number of ADS instances will be unavailable in EU-2 (Frankfurt, Germany, European Union). Additionally, ETL schedules will be disabled in both datacenters.
ETL tasks scheduled to run during this period will be pending and will resume once the maintenance is complete.
Other datacenters will run without any impact or limitation.
No action required!
There is no action required from you, but please restart your ETL process after the maintenance in case you notice a failure and your ETL does not have an automatic retry set or it is not scheduled frequently.
