We are currently experiencing an issue with our US-1 United States, Chicago, IL datacenter. We experienced an outage today due to an unexpected hardware failure. The initial issue has been mitigated. The system should be back up and running, but there might be some metadata inconsistencies due to suspected data loss. Some projects could be broken. Normal ETL should fix the possible issues. However, please check your projects and let us know in case a data restore is needed.

We are happy to share that after a thorough internal check, only a handful of workspaces showing metadata inconsistencies were identified. There is no action required from your end - we will proactively contact you if your workspace was affected. All ETL processes should be already restarted and running as usual.
