The Platform will be available during this time and the procedure is planned as no-downtime, but it is possible that you will encounter short intermittent failures while the maintenance is in progress.
The maintenance window is planned to take up to 13 hours.
Other datacenters will run without any impact or limitation.
What will it bring?
- Standard maintenance of the core system managing report computations and ETLs.
How are you affected?
1:00 AM - 2:00 PM PST the GoodData Platform and all applications will be available for users, but tasks in progress including ETL and report computation might fail during the maintenance in the US-1 United States, Chicago, IL datacenter. The maintenance is planned as no-downtime and it could take up to 13 hours.
No action required!
If you experience any failures, please restart your ETL process if it is not scheduled to restart automatically.
