Sat, February 22nd, 2020: Scheduled Maintenance Announcement

A maintenance window is scheduled for Saturday, February 22nd, 2020, at 1:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (other time zones). The maintenance window is planned to take up to 2 hours.

The maintenance is planned for:

  • United States (US) Chicago datacenter
  • United State (US) Dallas datacenter
  • European Union (EU) datacenter

The Canada (CA) datacenter will not be affected.

What will it bring?

  • Improved performance of the core infrastructure
  • Software upgrade to the latest versions
  • System resilience improvements

 

How will it affect you?

The maintenance will affect you only if your data is stored in the US or EU datacenters.

  • The United States (US) Chicago datacenter will be unavailable for approximately 30 minutes during the maintenance window.
  • The United State (US) Dallas datacenter and the European Union (EU) datacenter will be available but may experience ADS outages and task failures.

The Canada (CA) datacenter will not be affected.

1:00 AM - 1:30 AM: The GoodData platform and all applications hosted on the United States (US) Chicago datacenter will be unavailable. API calls to the GoodData platform will fail. Tasks that are scheduled to run during that time will be pending and will resume when the GoodData platform is back online.

The GoodData platform and all applications hosted on the United State (US) Dallas datacenter and the European Union (EU) datacenter will be available but may experience ADS outages and task failures.

1:30 AM - 3.00 AM: The GoodData platform will be online. However, data load tasks that are scheduled to run during this period may fail.
