The issue was resolved and all of the projects on US1 datacenter are accessible again.
Please check your ETL for failures and restart failed ones, if there is no automatic retry set.

We are currently experiencing issues on our US1 datacenter (Chicago), that are preventing users of GoodData system to access the platform and the projects located on this datacenter.
The whole problem started with unavailability of a shared storage which is now fixed, but one of the services still has issues with connectivity to the shared storage, which the reason why the issue still persists.
The issue started on 10/30 at 6:43 PM (central).
