Sat, November 9th, 2019: Scheduled Maintenance Announcement

A maintenance window is scheduled for Saturday, November 9th, 2019, at 1:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time (other time zones). The maintenance window is planned to take up to 2 hours.

The maintenance is planned only for the European Union (EU) datacenter. The other datacenters will not be affected.

What will it bring?

  • Improved core infrastructure performance
  • Software upgrade to the latest versions
  • System resilience improvements

How will it affect you?

The maintenance will affect you only if your data is stored in the EU datacenter. To find out what datacenter holds your data, click here.

1:00 AM - 2:00 AM: The GoodData platform and all applications will be unavailable. API calls to the GoodData platform will fail. Tasks that are scheduled to run during that time will be pending and will resume when the GoodData platform is back online.

2:00 AM - 3.00 AM: The GoodData platform will be online. However, data load tasks that are scheduled to run during this period may fail.

    Thank you for your patience, the maintenance in the EU datacenter is finished. Whole platform is fully operational now.
