A maintenance window is scheduled for Saturday, May 25th, 2019, at 1:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time (other time zones). The maintenance window is planned to take up to 1.5 hours.

What will it bring?

  • Migration to the latest hardware
  • Upgrade of the physical network edge device
  • Software upgrade to the latest versions
  • System resilience improvements

How will it affect you?

1:00 - 1:30 AM: The GoodData platform and all applications will be unavailable. API calls to the GoodData platform will fail. Tasks that are scheduled to run during that time will be pending and will resume when the GoodData platform is back online.

 

1:30 AM - 2.30 AM: The GoodData platform will be online. However, data load tasks that are scheduled to run during this period may fail.
