We are currently experiencing an issue with our EU-2, Frankfurt, Germany, Datacenter. We experienced an outage today due to an unexpected hardware failure. The initial issue has been mitigated. However, a follow-up issue has arisen, and currently, ETL and report computations may be failing for some Workspaces.
Our engineers are working diligently to fix this, and we will continue to keep you posted with updates as details are revealed.
