Updates

Joe Heun

We would like to inform you that we have found and fixed a DNS configuration issue, and the changes are now propagating. This should take about 2 hours, but improvements may be noticeable sooner. We'll keep you informed.

Joe Heun

We are observing successful propagation of the DNS records and have received reports that accessibility issues are slowly improving. We are monitoring the situation and we will keep you updated. We anticipate all accessibility issues will be resolved in hour.

Joe Heun

It seems that the DNS records are propagating slower than expected. They might be also cached for longer time depending used provider. We believe that majority of issues should be fixed around 12pm CET and rest in couple of hours with worst case scenario 24 hours.

Joe Heun

Although we are seeing improvements in the DNS resolution of GoodData domains, the issue still occurs as the propagation of DNS records is ongoing. We are monitoring the situation. We are very sorry, but we are not able to speed up the propagation and resolution of the issue.

Joe Heun

We are seeing further improvements in the DNS resolution of GoodData domains. Major public DNS providers already respond with correct DNS records. If you still experience issues you may try to use 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 DNS servers as workaround.

Joe Heun

The situation is still stabilizing. We have received positive feedback from some customers that the issue has been resolved for them, but the issue may still occur for others. Thank you for your patience.

Joe Heun

We are very sorry for the issue with accessing GoodData platform. Our investigation indicates that the issue should be resolved for the majority of users.

However, since DNS servers worldwide are beyond our control, we cannot guarantee this with certainty. If you are still experiencing issues, you may try using DNS servers 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 as a workaround. The issue should resolve itself for all users within 24 hours from the beginning of the incident.

We have taken measures to expedite this resolution, but it ultimately depends on the DNS servers, which we cannot directly influence. We take every incident very seriously and are already taking steps to identify the root cause of this issue. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused. We will post a further update once there is significant change, but if you have any further questions or concerns please reach out to support@gooddata.com
