[Updated] Sat, Jan 27th, 2024: Scheduled Maintenance Announcement, US-1 and US-2 DCs only

A maintenance window is scheduled for Saturday, January 27th, 2024 at 1:00 AM Pacific Standard Time and it is planned for two datacenters.

The maintenance for the US-1 - United States, Chicago, IL datacenter is planned to take up to 1 hour. 

The maintenance for the US-2 - United States, Dallas, TX datacenter is planned to take up to 2 hours.

What will it bring?

• US-1: Update of core system managing report computations and ETLs.
• US-2: Update of Agile Data Warehousing Service. 

How will it affect you?

• US-1 (1:00 AM - 2:00 AM PST / other time zones): The GoodData Platform and all applications will be unavailable in the US-1 - United States, Chicago, IL datacenter. Also ETL schedules will be suspended during the maintenance in this datacenter. API calls to the GoodData Platform will fail. Tasks that are scheduled to run during that time will be pending and will resume when the GoodData Platform is back online.
• US-2 (1:00 AM - 3:00 AM PST / other time zones): The GoodData Platform will be available in the US-2 - United States, Dallas, TX datacenter but ADS services will not be available. Also the ETL schedules will be suspended during the maintenance in this datacenter.

Other datacenters will run without any impact or limitation.
