Today we must perform an urgent maintenance work, which will result in all the ETLs being discarded and all the users logged out. Right after that it will be possible to restart the data loading processes and log back in.
The reason why we do it is because we will ensure the security of our customers' data, as the vulnerability in the SSL-handling component widely used across the Internet has been discovered and we will make sure this vulnerability has no effect on us. More details will follow, please stay tuned.
The maintenance is concluded. We apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused. The detailed information will be posted soon.
