The incident has been resolved and now all the data loads are running with the full speed without failure. 

We deeply apologise for the inconveniences that may have been caused by this problem, and we will be conducting the investigation to discover what exactly led to this situation, which will be used as a basis for the plan to prevent this kind of issues.
