We are currently experiencing some operational troubles on the platform. Current services affected:
- Some GoodData for Zendesk projects are inaccessible
- Data loads will be delayed for those projects
Users accessing the affected via 'secure.gooddata.com' and 'na1.secure.gooddata.com' may receive the "Your project is under maintenance now" message or just not be able to access it without any message.
Our engineers are currently working on fixing these upload sub-system performance issues and hope to have this resolved shortly. We'll keep you updated as much as possible, so please stay tuned for more updates. Many apologies for the inconvenience.
