INCIDENT: Intermittent Error Messages Being Displayed

We are currently experiencing some platform related issues. Users may encounter intermittent error messages when logging into the platform and navigating around the User Interface.  In addition, report computations are taking longer than usual or timing out. Our engineering team is currently investigating this and hope to have this resolved shortly. We'll report back to you on this as soon as we have an update, so please stay tuned. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

    We believe that this issue has now been resolved. However, we're still investigating and we'll provide updates as we learn more.

    The problem seems resolved. Thank you!

    However, this is not the first time we've had something like this happen... Even the CEO dashboard was not working too well. These kinds of issues make it hard for us to rely on GD and disincentivize a potential license expansion. If this had happened in a business meeting with an executive, they would immediately lose interest/faith in the value of the tool...
