GoodData Platform will be down from 5-6pm PST

[UPDATE]:  We are postponing the one-hour downtime until 5pm PST to cause as little disruption as possible to customer workdays. At 5pm, we will be locking the platform for one hour to roll out a permanent fix.

Until then, we will be stopping all project data loads, as this is the particular subsystem causing the issue right now.

In the meantime, all projects (including reports and dashboards) will be accessible to all users. Users should expect that all data loads will occur on their next scheduled time after our downtime from 5pm -6 pm, barring any that may occur during our planned platform maintenance from 11pm - 5am PST (announced here).

We really appreciate everyone's patience here.

Due to troubles within our uploading subsystem (announced this morning), we will need to lock the platform for approximately one hour to roll out a fix to the issue. The platform will be inaccessible, meaning no data loads will run and projects won't be accessible, during a window from 11am - 12pm PST.

Users will see the bear that usually appears during platform maintenance. All projects will unfortunately be inaccessible for all users during this time. Our engineers are doing everything they can to make as small of a disruption as possible. We'll provide updates as soon as we have them.

UPDATE:

We have been monitoring the situation, and things are working, albeit a little slower than normal. We have decided to maintain the status quo until our scheduled maintenance break at 11pm PST. Projects and data loads are currently working, though performance is a bit slower. We apologize for the inconvenience.

My data loads from GoodData user space have been failing quite often for the last 24 hours. Also, I see the system has been down as I'm getting the maintenance page. How many hours of outage are looking at?

Apologies for the delayed response. It appears as though your message came in during our scheduled downtime. Downtime for maintenance and to fix the issues we experienced on Friday was scheduled from 11pm PST (Friday) to 5am PST (Saturday). Everything should now be back up.
