Incident: Upload Sub-system performance issues

We are currently experiencing some operational troubles on the platform. Current services affected:

  • Data loads will be delayed for some projects 

Our engineers are currently working on fixing these upload sub-system performance issues and hope to have this resolved shortly. We'll keep you updated as much as possible, so please stay tuned for more updates. Many apologies for the inconvenience.

[UPDATE]: We've just received an update from our engineering team on this issue. They have identified the root cause and have already put together a fix for this. Our engineering team are currently in the process of testing the fix. We'll keep providing more updates on this as we learn more, so please stay tuned.

[UPDATE]: According to our estimations, the ETA is approximately 2-3 hours.
