A scheduled maintenance update will take place on:

Friday, August 9, 2013 at 11:00pm - 05:00 am (Saturday, August 10) PT (other time zones)

During these six hours, the GoodData platform and all applications will be unavailable. Users attempting to access our services will receive the maintenance landing page only. The main purpose of this maintenance break is to upgrade the service to the new code release.

Hi Bryan,

I didnt saw any maintenance landing page while log in, and all of data upload jobs ended up in showing the exception.

Bryan,

I'm able to access the projects but the data loads are still failing. Graph is unable to locate the files in GoodData user storage space. This is the error message I get.

"ERROR caused by: Component pre-execute initialization failed."

Hi Kiran,

The release is still in progress. At the moment, the data loading infrastructure is not operational, so any attempts to upload any data will result in error. Please bear with us and thanks for understanding.

Bryan,

Thanks for notifying us about the status of the servers. Could you please let me know if the user storage space was cleared during this maintenance activity? I'm unable to locate any of the files that were stored for use in ETL processes.

I was under the assumption that GoodData kept the files intact for at least 5 days if not 10 days on the server. Does that mean hosting the files on user storage space is not a reliable method?
