We are currently experiencing some operational troubles on the platform. Current services affected:
- Users may not be able to log in - "Platform Down" page showing when trying to access GoodData
- Reports not loading or loading extremely slowly.
- Red bar errors within projects

Still got issues here unfortunately.... very slow when trying to pull reports.
I am still seeing a number of performance issues with intermittent Red Bar errors and Platform Down pages. Also, the date stamp on your posts, what time zone is that based on so that we can determine the relevancy to our documented issues.

We can see that platform performance has improved. The "Platform Down" landing page should no longer be visible to end-users as well as the red bar error messages. We're still working on stabilizing the platform and improving overall performance.
The platform is fully operational at the moment. We've been keeping an eye on it and there are no longer any visible errors or performance issues. We're still monitoring all systems to ensure platform stability. Once again, we're very sorry for the inconvenience.
I can confirm that I am still receiving slowness issues on producing reports. Is there still problems?
