INCIDENT: Intermittent Platform Outages

We are currently experiencing some intermittent troubles on the platform. You may be seeing the following issues: 

  • Users may not be able to log in - "Platform Down" page showing when trying to access GoodData
  • Reports not loading or loading extremely slowly.
  • Red bar errors within projects

We are investigating these issue and hope to restore service as soon as possible. Apologies for the inconvenience here.

    Hi Zahir,

    We are very sorry for the inconvenience and the troubles this may have caused. Our Engineers are currently investigating the root cause of this issue and we will post an update once we receive one.

    The issues have been resolved and performance is back to normal. It looks like the issues were an extension of what happened earlier today. Our team is still monitoring the system closely to ensure platform stability. Again, we are deeply sorry for the inconvenience.
