Sat, Sept 16th, 2023: Scheduled Maintenance Announcement

A maintenance window is scheduled for Saturday, September 16th, 2023, at 1:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time (other time zones). The maintenance window is planned to take up to 2 hours. 

The upgrade is planned for the European Union (EU), Frankfurt (Germany), United States (US), Chicago and United States (US), Dallas. Platform will be locked in both European datacenters only and remain available in United States (US), Chicago and United States (US), Dallas datacenters. ETL schedules will be suspended during the maintenance in all four datacenters. Other datacenters will run without any impact or limitation.

What will it bring?

• Upgrade ADS database version,  fixes for vulnerabilities and general bug fixes.
• Security bug fixes and major engine improvements followed by an upgrade of the underlying operating system of the platform messaging system.

How will it affect you?

1:00 AM - 3:00 AM PDT: The GoodData platform and all applications will be unavailable in European Union (EU) and Frankfurt (Germany) datacenters. Also ETL schedules will be suspended during the maintenance in those datacenters. API calls to the GoodData platform will fail. Tasks that are scheduled to run during that time will be pending and will resume when the GoodData platform is back online.
The GoodData platform will remain available in United States (US), Chicago and United States (US), Dallas datacenters, but ETL will be suspended during the maintenance in those datacenters.
