Migration of Agile Data Warehousing Service to new Hardware and new Operating System will start on Monday November 28th, 2022 at 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (other time zones).
The migration is planned for the US-2 United States, Dallas datacenter. This process has 2 stages. First stage is about migration of more than hundred instances to new hardware. This part will take several days without any impact on customers. The second stage is rebalancing of new clusters. We will post an update to this announcement to inform you about the start. It will last 1 day. During this time, in rare cases, you could encounter intermittent failures of ADS services, but only for a short part of the whole rebalancing.
Other datacenters will run without any impact or limitation.

Migration - 1st stage:
Several days starting from 6:00 PM Monday November 28th PST :
The GoodData Platform and all applications will be available.
Rebalance - 2nd stage:
It will take 1 day, during which you could encounter intermittent failures and delays of ETLs related to ADS in the US-2 United States, Dallas. However the real impact per customer is just a fraction of the timing mentioned above. The start of the 2nd stage fully depends on the end of the 1st stage and will be announced in advance as an update under this announcement.
