Sun, Feb 22nd, 2026: Unexpected GoodData Cloud Issue

We are currently experiencing service disruptions in various data centers due to intermittent failures with our third-party authentication provider (Auth0). This issue is affecting login and logout functionality in GoodData Cloud.

Customers using their own identity provider (IdP) for authentication are not impacted.

Our Engineering team is actively monitoring the situation. We will continue to share updates as more information becomes available.

The intermittent login and logout disruption in GoodData Cloud remains related to the ongoing incident on Auth0’s side. In their latest update, Auth0 reports that error rates remain elevated in the affected Public Cloud environment as they continue analyzing server and query failures.

We are closely monitoring the situation and will share further updates as soon as new information becomes available.

Auth0 has implemented mitigating actions and is reporting a reduction in error rates. They have moved the incident to a monitoring state while they continue to observe the environment and investigate the full root cause.

We are continuing to monitor the situation on our side as well. Login and logout functionality in GoodData Cloud should be stabilized, and we will provide a final update once the provider fully resolves the incident.

After confirmation from Auth0, we are happy to report that the authentication issue has now been fully resolved. GoodData Cloud is accessible, and login and logout functionality are operating successfully.
