A maintenance window is scheduled for GoodData Cloud, which will start on Monday, February 2nd, 2026. The maintenance is planned to take up to 15 minutes per datacenter.
During this maintenance, we will perform an infrastructure update related to the etcd cluster. This update may cause intermittent execution-related unavailability, which can result in HTTP 500 errors during the maintenance window.
The maintenance timeframe:
AMS1 – 10:35 PM (PST) Mon, Feb 2nd, 2026
IAD1 – 10:45 PM (PST) Mon, Feb 2nd, 2026

How will it affect you?
During the maintenance, some intermittent HTTP 500 errors may occur for up to 15 minutes, primarily affecting report execution and cache-related operations.
If you experience an error during the maintenance window, you can retry the request after the window completes. In rare cases, clearing the cache may be required.
Other datacenters will continue to operate without any impact or limitation.
