We are currently experiencing an issue where visuals and sections in the dashboards have been rearranged following today's release.
Our engineers identified cause of the issue and preparing restore of the dashboards to state prior the release.
Please avoid making any changes to the affected dashboards. Any modifications made at this time could prevent them from being included in the restoration process, as we will only restore unmodified dashboards to their state prior to the release.
We will provide updates about the progress.
How are you affected?
Some dashboard visuals may appear rearranged, but all dashboard components remain present.

We are working on restoring the dashboards to their state before the change has been made as part of our release, which occurred at 3:26 AM PST. The preliminary ETA is 2 hours. The issue is affecting all GoodData Cloud Datacenters. We will keep you updated on the progress.

We are making faster progress than expected with the restore process. The IAD1 datacenter has already been resolved, and we are continuing to work on the remaining datacenters. We will keep you informed of further updates.

The DUB1 datacenter has been resolved. We are continuing to work on the remaining datacenters and will provide further updates as progress is made.

We have encountered some issues while restoring the dashboards on the last datacenter SYD2, and we will be reaching out proactively to affected customers.
The dashboards in the IAD1 datacenter were successfully restored from the backup timestamp: 03:02 AM PST. The dashboards in the DUB1 datacenter were successfully restored from the backup timestamp: 01:00 AM PST. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and we appreciate your patience. We will conduct a retrospective on this issue to prevent similar occurrences in the future. Communication will now be directed to individual SYD2 customers, and we are closing this incident.
