Thu, Aug 29th, 2024: Unexpected Platform Issue [Resolved]

We would like to inform you that we encountered an issue in the GoodData Cloud that affected the functionality of dashboard filters in a specific use case.

The issue, which had been present since August 28th at 1:00 AM PDT, was resolved today at 11:30 AM PDT.

How you were affected?

Under specific circumstances, the issue caused some dashboard filters to fail to load on workspaces that are part of a Workspace Hierarchy.

The issue occurred under the following conditions:

1) You are using a Workspace Hierarchy.
2) There is a parent/child relationship between two filters defined on a dashboard in a master workspace.
3) The parent filter’s default is saved with a specific value (not set to "All values").
